Who We Are
At SynkedUP, we’re on a mission to end entrepreneurial poverty for blue-collar contractors and their families. We empower hard-working contractors to thrive—not just survive—by helping them know their numbers and make data-driven decisions. Our heartbeat is for these owners and employees, enabling them to build profitable businesses, provide great jobs, and live the American Dream. We’re a team of machine builders—process-driven, growth-obsessed, and allergic to inefficiency. Our core values—innovation, servant leadership, growth mindset, faith, and process excellence—drive us to serve with integrity and impact. If you’re hungry to make a difference, we need you now!
The Role: Executive Assistant
We’re urgently seeking an incredible Executive Assistant to be the CEO’s right hand, freeing them to focus on SynkedUP’s vision of transforming contractors’ lives. This isn’t a typical admin role—it’s a high-impact position for a tenacious problem solver who owns the CEO’s email and time, masters event logistics, and optimizes processes to deliver freedom and results. Using the Buy Back Your Time framework by Dan Martell, you’ll keep operations humming like a well-oiled machine. If you’re wired for growth, thrive on serving others, and align with our values, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the CEO’s Time: Manage email, calendar, and travel logistics with precision using Outlook, software tools, and spreadsheets. Run daily syncs to prioritize high-impact work, collaborating with the executive, sales, marketing, and finance teams, freeing the CEO to focus on SynkedUP’s vision.
- Orchestrate Events: Lead end-to-end logistics for ~70 tradeshows (sales/marketing), our annual Contractor Summit, ~6 internal offsites, and regular internal meetings (e.g., All Hands). Coordinate venues, vendors, budgets, and staff.
- Build & Optimize Systems: Use Notion, spreadsheets, project management/software tools to create and refine processes that drive consistent results for our team and contractors. Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Manage Local Errands: Handle occasional in-person tasks and errands in Hollidaysburg, PA through a local assistant.
- Safeguard Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity. One breach of trust, and the role isn’t a fit.
- Drive Impact: Tackle tasks with a no-excuses mindset, solving problems and delivering results that empower our team to serve contractors better.
Who You Are
- Growth-Obsessed: You’re relentless about leveling up, seeking 1% gains daily. You don’t sugar coat communications, have the courage to raise items of concern, and tactfully offer feedback. Attitude and character outweigh experience, but you’ve proven you can deliver results.
- Problem Solver: You anticipate issues, propose creative solutions, and execute with precision. Inefficiency frustrates you, and you’re allergic to clunky systems.
- Tech-Savvy & Process-Driven: You’re a pro with using tech, Hubspot, Outlook, spreadsheets, and project management tools, thriving on building repeatable processes that deliver freedom and consistency.
- Trustworthy & Aligned: You’re comfortable supporting a faith-based leader and embody integrity and servant leadership. Trust is non-negotiable.
- Tenacious Doer: You’re direct, no-fluff, and bring a high “get stuff done” factor, serving others with empathy and impact.
Why Join Us?
You’ll join a tight-knit team of 15, passionate about empowering contractors to thrive. You’ll collaborate with the executive, sales, marketing, and finance teams on high-visibility projects like trade shows and events, directly impacting our mission to build stronger businesses and families. We invest in your growth through training and mentorship, helping you become your best self—professionally and personally. In our empathetic, servant-led culture, we celebrate wins—from a contractor’s first profitable year to your own milestones—with personalized gestures that show we care. If you’re ready to serve, build, and grow with a purpose-driven team, we’re ready to invest in you.
