Final Chance to Register for the Contractor Summit!

Final chance to register for the SynkedUP Contractor Summit 2024!
We’re buttoning up the last-minute registrations as we speak.
I am so pumped!
The entire SynkedUP team is going to be there (15 strong).
And this year’s event is already proving to be breaking records and will be the biggest one yet.
Going to industry events was one of the most influential things of my career.
I’m forever grateful to Steve and Matt Martin, the owners of Tussey Landscaping, for sending me to these events.
Which is why I’m throwing out a challenge to you owners in today’s blog.
Bring your team.
“But I don’t know if they’re serious and if they will stick with me long term!”
You lose 50% of the people you invest in, and 100% of the people you don’t.
In this day and age of it being very difficult to find and build solid team members…
Why not nurture a diamond in the rough, and watch them turn into a powerhouse within your team.
I can tell you this, when I was a kid being sent to these events as an employee of Tussey, I was a diamond in the rough (not a diamond, ha ha).
But thanks to them investing in me in that way, I met people that inspired me, and drove me to accomplish more, to be better, to grow.
There’s a number of you who signed up already that are bringing a bunch of team members.
Good on you.
(Side note, the entire Tussey team is coming as well!)
What all is happening at the Contractor Summit?
Driven, hardworking contractors from all over the US are descending upon Dayton OH, Oct 3 & 4.
- Jeremy Swihart and his team from J Squared Outdoor are hosting us giving us all a tour of his shop and showing off one of his recent job sites.
- Greg Crabtree, the author of Simple Numbers, is going to be the main keynote speaker on Thursday, and Jeff Joiner will be the main keynote speaker on Friday.
- Frank Bourque is going to be doing a session on attracting top talent.
- Robert Murray is doing a session on marketing and attracting leads.
- Phil Bahler from Pave Tool is doing a session on jobsite tools and efficiency.
- SHS Distributors, Pave Tool, and Green Foundry are doing product demos at Jeremy’s shop on Thursday night.
- Myself, Fred Pape our Chief Experience Officer, and Etienne de Bruin, our Chief Technology Officer will be sharing talks as well.
There’ll be a lot of great food, some raffles, and just good ol’ fashioned networking with others who are in the grind of business just like you are.
And if you’re feeling too busy….
…just know there is never a perfect time.
I get it, you’ve been working hard all year. Take a breather. Then give it your all and finish the year strong.
Can’t wait to hang out with you all!
