Announcing the new SynkedUP PRO Plan
I usually write something “educational” or a “best practice-oriented” subject for my blog. But today I am shooting you a more “newsy” article. We’re beginning the rollout of our new SynkedUP PRO plan this week.
We’re running a promotion where if you sign up for SynkedUP before Oct 1st, you become a part of the Founding Member Club, and get access to the new PRO plan at the Standard plan price — FOR LIFE! Currently, the Standard plan is $399/mo and the PRO plan is launching at $599/mo.
That’s a savings of $200/mo or $2,400 a year!!!
(If you’re using SynkedUP already, you don’t need to do anything. You automatically have access to the PRO plan.)
The whole reason we’re doing that instead of trying to monetize the new plan across our existing user base is that I view you all as our tribe – the folks who believed in us in our early days.
You took a risk with us, signing your business up to use a product from an early-stage startup. I want to give back and reward that with a token of appreciation.
You deserve it.
You literally are – a founding member – of the SynkedUP Crew.
What is SynkedUP PRO?
So what is the SynkedUP PRO plan anyway? Our Standard plan is geared toward businesses that are from $500k – $1m in revenue. The PRO plan is being geared toward businesses with over $1m in revenue. Once you cross that $1m threshold, needs just begin to change. Often the owner-operator that “did everything” has to begin installing systems and processes to allow other employees to take on more responsibility. You can’t keep everything in your head anymore.
So as we continue to build out new features, we’ll ask ourselves whether it is geared to the $1m+ businesses, or whether it is a general benefit that serves everyone. If the answer is that it’s geared toward the $1m+ businesses, it’ll become part of the PRO plan. If it is needed for businesses under $1m, it’ll be part of the Standard plan. Now, that’s speaking in general terms of course, a business that is under $1m may still want the features in the PRO plan, and that’s perfectly ok. It’s available. The point I’m making is that, in general terms, usually businesses under that threshold wouldn’t miss the SynkedUP PRO plan features.
Zapier Integration
So what are the features? What we are rolling out right now is the Zapier integration, and right after that, GPS location stamps on in/out times on time sheets. The Zapier integration is beginning to be rolled out right now, with GPS timesheets coming out next. As we grow, we’ll be adding more and more features and value to that plan as well.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is software that acts as a middleman. It can connect to almost any software or app you use and trigger actions and automation between them. For example: Let’s say you have a web form on your website where people can submit a request for a quote. You can connect that web form to Zapier, and then tell Zapier that when someone fills out that web form, automatically creates a new lead in your SynkedUP account with their info. No more manual data entry is required.
Or another example: Someone books a consultation with you right on your website, using an appointment booking app (like Calendly). You can tell Zapier to automatically create a consultation for you in SynkedUP with those details.
Here’s a link to Zapier’s quick start guide. If you want to start using the Zapier integration in the early invite stage we are rolling out right now, go create a Zapier account (they have a free option), shoot us an email at support@synkedup.com or chat us on our website, and we’ll enable the integration for you.
Conclusion
So, to each of you who are part of the “Founders Club”, I want to personally give you a heartfelt thank you for believing in us and entrusting your business’s operations to us. Please accept the free upgrade to the PRO plan as a token of my appreciation.
If you aren’t using SynkedUP yet, it’s not too late. Sign up before Oct 1, and you’ll be a part of the Founder’s Club and get access to the PRO plan at the Standard plan price for life.
If you are a SynkedUP user already and know a friend that should be using it, make sure to sign up for our referral program and send them your referral link and get them to take advantage of this offer! You earn a $500 commission, and they get into the Founder’s Club at the last minute.
Thanks again, everyone!
Have an amazing weekend!

Will the PRO Plan upgrade automatically, or do we have to do something?
