The Back Story...

SynkedUP was born out of Tussey Landscaping, a $5 million + design build firm in Pennsylvania. Tussey Landscaping has been in business for over 30 years, and is well respected in the landscape industry as a model of successful systems and processes, strong team and culture, created by the solid leadership of Tussey’s owners, Steve and Matt Martin.

This will be the 3rd annual Contractor Summit at Tussey’s location. This event started as the Tussey Contractor Summit when Tussey was getting Instagram DMs all the time from other contractors asking to come visit, observe, and learn from their operation.

And now, this event is morphing into the SynkedUP Contractor Summit – to host SynkedUP users (aka SynkedUP Crew) and contractors from all over North America for a few days for education, inspiration, and networking. We’ll pull back the wraps, and do open house on the Tussey operation, do a case study on systems and process that have helped Tussey grow and be profitable. As well as how it’s helped them create a solid team that loves what they do and leans into their work.
