Position: Sales Development Rep
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus $25,000 in variable incentive
Benefits:

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 40 hrs/week
Work Location: Remote within Pennsylvania.
Travel: About 10 nights per quarter for team meetings and sales/marketing events
What we do:
We help business owners create a business that serves them and not the other way around. We do this by helping contractors know their numbers. SynkedUP uses a system of budgeting, estimating, and automated job costing to give business owners the ability to accurately and efficiently recover their overhead and add the appropriate profit to all jobs.
Too many contractors do not have a true understanding of whether they are truly making money or not. Business owners own businesses to make money – so that they can provide the life they want for their families and teams – but without the proper planning and tracking, things go off the rails. We don’t just sell fancy buttons, we create results for our customers.
About the role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers. Your job is to reach out, spark conversations, and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
This is NOT a sales job where you close deals. You’re setting up the ball for the next person to spike it.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
- Make 100+ outbound calls a day to contractors across the country.
- Source 21+ completed qualified meetings per month.
- Research and identify the right contacts at companies.
- Follow a proven process to reach out, connect, and schedule meetings.
- Track everything you do in our CRM (it’s simple and we’ll show you how).
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to fine-tune the messaging and outreach.
- Bring positive energy every day — because attitude matters.
You’ll be trained, supported, and coached — but at the end of the day, your success comes down to your own drive and consistency.
- Customer-facing experience. (Retail, hospitality, call centers — it all counts.)
- Comfort using technology like CRM systems and research tools.
- Excitement about making a high volume of outreach.
- Self-motivation – no need for someone watching over your shoulder.
- A detail-oriented approach, following a process consistently.
- Clear communication — both speaking and writing.
- A growth mindset — you like learning and getting better.
