Over 15 years he grew to lead crews on award-winning design/build projects while diving deep into operations and leadership. Struggling with figuring out profitability and dealing with over complicated workflows between the office and field, he co-founded SynkedUP — a business management app built by contractors, for contractors. Now leading SynkedUP, Weston is driven to end entrepreneurial poverty in the trades and help blue-collar contractors build profitable, thriving businesses.
